Wolley Yorkshire stone

Removal of Yorkshire stone as it was leaking badly.Put breathable felt and pressure treated 2x1 laths on and replaced any broken stone with reclaimed stone from the local reclaimers yard 

Huddesfield mixed rosemarys tiles

This was a re roof with and extension we’re the customer wanted us to mix new rosemary tiles in with the reclaimed tiles of the main roof we stripped

New build porch with double romans,dry verge dry ridge and lead work

On this job we fitted a flat rustic tile 3 key line roof windows dry verge and lead work to the joining house

 New facias soffits gutters finished off with dry verge and ridge end cap to give it a nice clean finish !

Removal of old ridges and mortar as it was in poor state and replaced with maintenance free sandtoft dry ridge system and segmental sandtoft ridge to give it a fresh look 

Re roof with double Roman tile

This roof was in a poor state due the batten gage been stretched leaving the tiles with less than minimum cover which allowed rain to ingress on the felt and over the years caused the felt to fail and battens to rot  We put new breathable felt along with 2x1 pressure treaded battens  The roof was finished with a double Roman tiles maintenance free dry ridge and verge systems we also replaced the gutter with black squared to up keep with the modern new look
